hi, I’m Caryn, it’s so nice to meet you!

I’m a yoga teacher, lifelong student, first time mama, and believer that some of life’s most meaningful moments happen when we slow down enough to be present for them.

My journey with yoga began in Bali in 2014, where I fell in love with the practice and the way it could bring together movement, breath, and a deeper connection to yourself. What started as a personal practice soon became something much bigger. After years of learning, exploring, and training with teachers and schools around the world, I began teaching in 2018. Since then, I’ve completed over 500 hours of yoga teacher training, with a particular love for Ashtanga yoga and its balance of strength, discipline, breath, and mindfulness.

But yoga has never been just about the shapes we make on the mat. For me, it’s about how we show up in our everyday lives, how we navigate change, move through challenges, find strength in unexpected places, and learn to meet ourselves wherever we are.

Motherhood has brought an entirely new perspective to that journey. It has challenged me, softened me, and reminded me that growth doesn’t always look the way we expect it to. Through the changing seasons of life, I’ve learned to embrace the idea that we can be many things at once: strong and soft, grounded and growing, finding ourselves while becoming someone new.

My hope is to create a space where you feel encouraged to explore, to move in a way that feels right for you, and to reconnect with yourself both on and off the mat.

Wherever you are on your journey, you’re welcome here.
xx
